In today’s world, it can feel like we’re constantly being pulled apart by our differences. Whether it’s politics, religion, or personal values, it seems like every conversation has the potential to turn into an argument. But here’s the thing: we don’t have to hate each other just because we don’t agree. In fact, I believe it’s more important than ever to have real, honest conversations—what I like to call “RealTalk.”
We all have different perspectives shaped by our experiences, and that’s what makes our world so rich and diverse. But somewhere along the way, we’ve lost the ability to sit down and talk openly about the tough issues without letting our emotions take over. Instead of seeing disagreements as opportunities to learn and grow, we often view them as personal attacks. This mindset doesn’t get us anywhere. In fact, it only drives us further apart.
That’s why I’ve decided to launch a new radio show, RealTalk with Dottie Herman, on AM970 The Answer. My goal is to create a space where we can discuss these tough issues with respect and understanding. I want to encourage healthy conversations where we listen to each other, even when we don’t see eye to eye. It’s not about changing minds; it’s about opening them.
We can disagree without being disagreeable. We can share our beliefs and values without tearing down others. By having these conversations, we can start to bridge the gaps between us, one discussion at a time. So, let’s talk—really talk. Let’s get past the surface and dive into the issues that matter. Because when we do, we might just find that we’re not as different as we think.

I love this I think it’s perfect. Where can I learn more about this. Because in my life it’s hitting home
