I generally respond immediately to urgent ones. Ones that are not urgent, I will respond to them late at night.

When I unexpectedly find fifteen minutes in my day, I have a cup of coffee, and look over my schedule and do some planning.

When was the last time you felt burned out and why?

When I got sick. I had a bad flu and I was very sick. I was working a lot and the weather was gloomy.

When was the last time you felt you failed and how did you overcome it?

I make a lot of decisions, but not all of them work. When this happens, then I look at reality and figure out another way to get it done. I simply take a deep breath, and figure out how to accomplish what I am trying to do. I never look at failures.
