Do you work in Commercial real estate or Residential? I am currently in residential real estate but I would like to switch over to commercial. I have started speaking with a mentor about these steps. Is there a downside to commercial real estate that I’m not seeing because it sounds great?
@lmortongac_kt416q63, I have been in Commercial real estate for five years. It takes longer to build your clientele but when you do they are more loyal than the residential sector. I mainly deal in hotels and some warehouses. The market is a little more stable but also slower growing.
