Hi Kyle,
Congratulations and great question! Here is my best advice for Real Estate agents just starting their career:
1) Never let obstacles stop you, figure out a way around it.
2) Be real and authentic.
3) Be passionate about what you are doing.
4) Don’t be afraid to ask.
5) Connect with your community and see a lot of houses.
6) Try to find a mentor at your company.
